Application Checklist
INCOME: (Any two of)
- Three recent computerised payslips or, letter from employer stating position, commencement date - if still on probation, annual gross income, year to date, regular overtime and allowance.
- Copy of employment contract (if applicable).
- Last 2 years group certificates or tax returns.
IF SELF EMPLOYED:
- Last two years tax returns, (personal and company)
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Copy of trust Deed.
RENTAL INVESTMENT:
- Copy of tenancy agreement for all owned investment properties or a letter from a real estate office to confirm the estimated rental income.
ASSETS:
- Copy of saving history for past 6 months (passbook, statements).
- Copy of sale contract on existing home or settlement letter from your solicitor if the deposit is to come from the sale of an existing home.
- Written statement, if any part of the deposit is a gift, stating the amount of the gift and that it is non-repayable.
- Rate notice on any existing owned properties.
- Copy of superannuation statement, share certificates, etc.
LIABILITIES:
- Copy of contract note or contract of sale.
- Copy of plans, specifications or fixed price contract (construction/renovations).
I.D.:
- 100 points i.e. passport, driver’s license, birth certificate, credit card.
