Orbit’s home builder supervisor is highly trained in performing quality assurance
checks throughout construction of your new home. Prior to presenting your new
home at completion stage our independent quality control department performs a
QA check to ensure your new home meets our stringent standards and
importantly your satisfaction.
Orbit Homes construct new homes to the highest quality standards. This is
achieved by our longevity in the housing industry enabling us to establish and
maintain a loyal team of quality craftsman.
We only supply quality brand products produced by manufacturers that comply
with Australian Standards and offer exceptional warranty service. Orbit Homes
have a dedicated Quality Control Assurance Department which provides quality
control procedures throughout construction and following our customer
occupation of their new home.
We participate in customer surveys measuring our performance during the new
home sales, construction and maintenance process to ensure we are achieving
our goals and objectives.
