Classic standard inclusions
The classic inclusions for a new home combine the essential standards of items
that the home builder believe will finish the new home at a classic standard.
Some features of the inclusions are kitchen sinkmixer, semi
frameless shower screens, Colorbond fascia, gutter and downpipes, gas booted
solar hot water service, 55mm cove cornice, roller garage door.
Cottage inclusions
The cottage inclusions are inclusions specific to Orbit’s cottage range of new
homes. The inclusions combine the essential standards of items that the home
builder believe will finish the new home at a standard including fittings and
finishing to suit the cottage design of the home.
Some features of the inclusions are 75mm round downpipes, 2700mm ceilings,
Colorbond metal roof, upgraded front entrance door, Gainsborough Traditional
series trilock entrance set, lever internal door handles, 67mm architraves.
Eynesbury standard inclusions
The cottage inclusions are inclusions specific to Orbit’s Eynesbury range of new
homes. The inclusions combine the essential standards of items that the home
builder believe will finish the new home at a standard including fittings and
finishing to suit the Eynesbury design of the home.
Some features of the inclusions are recycled water connection, fibre to the
premises (FTTP), ‘W’ class concrete waffle slab, aluminium wideline awning
windows to facade, off white flush motor joints, Bristle classic profile concrete
roof tiles, 450mm eave to facade.
